Genesis Philanthropy Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in development of new projects
• Develop and manage project schedules and work plans
• Track project progress, costs and KPIs
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of strong project management experience, through the full life cycle of the project
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Proven ability/willingness to learn and to think out of the box
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment
• No NGO background is required
• Prior international corporate experience is a plus
• Fluent English is a must
Education:
• A degree from a western university (USA, Canada, UK) is required
