Customer support specialist (with Hebrew language)

Lev Haolam is an Israeli organization with cool social mission.

We support Jewish business owners in Judea and Samaria who are suffering because of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. Our members all over the world receive monthly packages filled with goods produced by the families and small businesses of Judea and Samaria.

We are now looking for a customer support representative who will provide efficient and valuable support to our clients.

What you will do:

  • Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and social media;
  • Communicate with clients by phone, e-mail, social media in order to receive feedback on the quality of work;
  • Participate in retaining customer;
  • Enter the data correctly into the company’s systems;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and commit to increasing satisfaction rate;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues;
  • Desire to learn, develop and grow within the company;
  • Gathering feedback on the quality of work
  • Analyse customer dissatisfaction

What we expect from the candidate:

  • English — Proficient C1
  • Hebrew — Conversational
  • Excel — Proficient
  • Experience in customer support, hospitality or administrative assistance will be a benefit
  • Computer-savvy (familiarity with CRM systems and practices)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Good time-management skills
  • Able to work flexibly in terms of time if needed
  • Desire to learn, develop and grow within the company

Technical requirements:

  • Candidate should owe a PC with stable internet connection
  • Hold individual entrepreneur or self-employment status
